Your order will be sent using one of the following methods depending on the product type:

2. Delivery Timeframe

Instant Delivery (Automatic Products)

Most digital products are delivered instantly — typically within seconds to 5 minutes — once your payment is successfully processed.

Manual Delivery (Verification or Account Setup Required)

Some items must be issued manually by our team or verified by our supplier.
These may take up to:

  • 1–12 hours during business days (typical)

  • Maximum 24 hours during peak periods or weekends

3. Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

If you do not receive this confirmation within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.


4. Delivery Email (Digital Product)

Your digital product delivery email will include:

  • The license key or subscription credentials

  • Guarantee information (if applicable)

  • Troubleshooting resources

  • Direct links to support

If your product includes multiple renewal emails (e.g., monthly invitations), they will be sent automatically to the delivery address you provided at checkout.


5. Common Delivery Issues & Solutions

A) “I didn’t receive my delivery email”

Please check:

  1. Spam/Junk/Promotions folder

  2. Correct email address entered at checkout

  3. Email filters that may block automated messages

  • Order number

  • The email used during checkout

  • Product name

We will resend or manually deliver the product.


B) “My license/key doesn’t work”

Try the following:

  • Ensure the key was entered exactly as shown (no spaces).

  • Confirm you are activating it on the correct platform.

  • Restart the activation application if required.

  • A description of the issue

  • Screenshots of activation errors

C) “The account credentials don’t log in”

This may occur due to:

  • Typos during login

  • Provider security prompts

  • Temporary service blocks

6. Delivery Guarantees

Many subscription-based products include a guarantee period (e.g., 2.5-month guarantee on 3-month subscriptions).
If access fails within the guarantee window due to supplier issues, we will:

  • Replace the account/license, or

  • Provide a refund if replacement is not possible

Guarantee length is listed individually on each product page.


7. Email Requirements for Delivery

Some products require a valid email address to issue monthly invitations or ongoing access.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • The email you provide is active and accessible

  • You can receive our automated messages

  • You won’t block or filter activation emails

If you mistyped your email, contact orders@digitallicense.net immediately so we can correct it before delivery.


8. Region Restrictions

Certain digital services may be region-locked by the publisher. We provide region information on product pages whenever relevant.

If you purchase a region-locked product that cannot be activated in your country, our support team will advise on solutions per our Refund & Warranty Policy.


9. Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains multiple digital items, they may be delivered:

  • Together in one email, or

  • Separately, depending on product type

Some items require different processing times; receiving part of your order early does not indicate a problem.


10. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

A delivery is considered incomplete if:

  • You did not receive the product email

  • The product cannot be activated

  • Credentials do not function as described

In these cases, DigitalLicense.net will resend, replace, or refund per policy.
You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase for fastest resolution.
