Due to the nature of digital goods (instant delivery and non-physical products), our Refund & Warranty Policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting both customers and suppliers.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Digital subscriptions (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, SaaS accounts)

  • Software licenses and activation keys

  • Account credentials and monthly invitations

  • All products purchased through DigitalLicense.net

It does not apply to services misused, altered, or resold in violation of our Terms of Service.


2. Guarantee Period

Certain products include a guarantee period to ensure functionality:

  • Example: A 3-month subscription often includes a 2.5-month service guarantee

  • During this period, if access is interrupted due to supplier issues, we will replace or refund according to the policy

Guarantee length is listed clearly on each product page. All replacements or refunds are contingent upon proof of purchase and reporting issues within the guarantee period.


3. Refund Conditions

Due to the instant nature of digital goods, refunds are limited and provided only under these conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery – If the product was not received after 24 hours and all troubleshooting steps have been followed.

  2. Non-Functioning License/Account – The provided license, credentials, or subscription does not work, and technical support could not resolve the issue.

  3. Supplier Errors – If the product was incorrectly provided or the supplier cannot honor the license.

Refund requests must include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Delivery email

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

Requests outside the guarantee period or due to user error (wrong platform, incorrect credentials, region restrictions ignored) are not eligible for refund.


4. Replacement Policy

In many cases, we offer a replacement product instead of a refund. This includes:

  • New license key

  • New subscription account

  • Resent monthly invitations

Replacement requests are processed within 24–48 hours of verification.


5. Cancellations

  • Instant digital delivery products: Cannot be canceled once delivery is complete.

  • Pre-order or pending orders: May be canceled before processing by contacting orders@digitallicense.net.

  • Recurring subscriptions: Can be canceled to stop future billing; refunds are subject to the terms above.


6. Reporting & Response Time

To request a refund or replacement, email billing@digitallicense.net or orders@digitallicense.net with the required information.

  • Response time: 24–48 business hours

  • Resolution: Replacement, refund, or troubleshooting guidance provided promptly

  • Urgent issues: Include “URGENT” in your email subject line


7. Limitations

Refunds and replacements do not cover:

  • User mistakes (wrong email, wrong platform)

  • Misuse or alteration of account credentials

  • Region-restricted products purchased in an unsupported area

  • Expired subscriptions outside the guarantee period

  • Partial use or temporary access loss not caused by DigitalLicense.net or its suppliers


8. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact billing@digitallicense.net before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment processor. Unapproved chargebacks may:

  • Delay resolution

  • Result in account suspension

  • Lead to ineligibility for future purchases until resolved

We handle all disputes in good faith and aim for fair resolution through direct communication.


9. Customer Responsibility

To ensure proper service under this policy:

  • Keep your order confirmation and delivery email

  • Follow activation instructions carefully

  • Report issues promptly within the guarantee window

Failure to follow these steps may result in delayed or denied claims.
